In the event of a contract for the purchase of products and services concluded by a consumer Purchaser, the latter will have the right to withdraw from the same contract, pursuant to and for the purposes of article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (d. lgs. 206/2005), without any penalty and without specifying the reason.

The decision to exercise the right of withdrawal must be communicated by the Buyer-consumer within 14 (fourteen) days from receipt of the product; in case of separate delivery of several goods, ordered by the Buyer-consumer with a single order, the term of 14 (fourteen) days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal starts from the day on which the last good is delivered.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, by the Consumer Customer, within the 14 (fourteen) days mentioned above:

1. Of the standard form available at this link in PDF version, to be inserted filled in every part in the package of the return and to be sent by e-mail to info@macandrews.store.

2. Any other explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw from the contract to be sent by e-mail to info@macandrews.store.

The communication of withdrawal must specify the will to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the documentation proving the purchase.

Macandrew’s communicates to the consumer Buyer without delay a confirmation of receipt, by e-mail to the address communicated during the purchase procedure on the Site, of the exercised withdrawal.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 59, letters c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the consumer Buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly. In addition, he may not exercise the right of withdrawal in relation to sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for hygienic reasons or reasons related to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery (art. 59 lett. i) of the Consumer Code).

The products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer Buyer has communicated the exercise of the right of withdrawal, substantially intact, in their original packaging, complete with accessories and any manuals, without any lack. Conditions of withdrawal

The only expenses payable by the consumer Buyer for the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods (shipping costs), as provided for in Article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the request for withdrawal has been received, Macandrew’s, after the appropriate verifications, that is, that the returned material is equal to new and/or not used, will provide for the restitution of the entire amount paid by the Consumer Buyer within the term of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Consumer Buyer has exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at the time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Buyer consumer with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same method of payment used by the Buyer consumer at the time of purchase. Macandrew’s reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the products which are the object of the right of withdrawal.

If, on the other hand, the modalities, conditions and terms for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, as specified in this article, are not respected, the consumer Buyer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In this case, the consumer Buyer will be able to re-obtain, at his expense, the product in the state in which it has been returned to Macandrew’s. Otherwise, Macandrew’s will be able to keep the returned products, in addition to all the sums already paid by the Consumer Buyer for the relevant purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.
